Wow, could this be any more of a Monday? I mean, it's the Monday after the time change. You know, "spring forward?" So that means yesterday's Sunday went by an hour faster! And this morning's alarm went off an hour earlier!
And the wind is howling like crazy. And it's really cold for a day in the middle of March. Driving to a school this morning, in my very non-aerodynamic Honda Element, was sure a lot of fun too! You can tell it's track season!
Watch the wind almost blow these people over! -----> That's almost what it is like today! |

But it is a GREAT Monday! There are so many things that I love about my job at ESU 10, but what I get to do today is one of my favorites! I am sitting "one on one" with teachers from Central Valley, during their planning time, to help them with their personal technology needs! I love that they are willing to give up their very limited "free" time to try something new or get a question answered. It is so much fun to see how they are using the technology that I have shared with them throughout the year.
And so I really want to thank the teachers in the Scotia building for spending their time with me today, on this gloomy and windy March day! As I was thinking about how much wind is a four letter word, it dawned on me that without wind we couldn't fly kites. Or sail boats. Or move a wind turbine to generate electricity. Or dry our clothes on a line. Or scatter seeds. Or unfurl a flag.

Happy Monday everyone!!
