It's already a week into February! It's hard to believe that we just had our last meeting with the Nebraska BlendED Region 4 Pilot teachers! We had a great day of sharing and celebrating. It has been an honor to work with these teachers and to see blended learning in action in their classrooms!
There was a recurring theme among several of the teachers with whom I have worked! They all seemed to agree that while it has been a lot of work, it has been worth it! And while it is getting easier to design blended learning lessons, and students are adjusting to this model, it hasn't always been pretty! In fact, it's been a little messy!

I have often heard that learning is a messy process. This goes for teachers who are learning new strategies too! I am so proud of all of the risk-takers in the pilot project! It has been an incredible year so far and I am looking forward to continuing our work together in the future! I am also excited to bring more teachers on board for the next school year! |
